Course Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Montana Pro Elite Hair & Beauty Training Salon ("Montana Pro Elite") is part of Emerging Artists Promotions Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 10248589.

Course Bookings

All course dates are displayed within the relevant course description prior to purchase. By purchasing and booking a place on any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the limited number of places available on our training courses and our commitment to maintaining full class attendance, the following refund policy applies:

Students may cancel their booking and request a refund up to one calendar month before the course start date.
Any cancellation made less than one calendar month before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds, credits, transfers, or postponements will be offered for cancellations received within one calendar month of the course start date.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal circumstances, illness, travel issues, work commitments, or any other unforeseen events, except where required by applicable law.

Course Dates

The scheduled start date for each course will be clearly stated within the course description and booking information. It is the student's responsibility to review these dates before completing their purchase.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a course from Montana Pro Elite Hair & Beauty Training Salon, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Non-Attendance (No-Shows)

Students who fail to attend a course without one calendar month prior written notice ("no-shows") will not be entitled to any refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling of their booking.

Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, the student remains responsible for payment of the full course fee.

If a student cancels their booking less than one calendar month before the course start date, all payments already made shall be non-refundable, and any outstanding balance under the payment plan shall remain payable in full.

Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreed payment plan may result in the student's place being withdrawn and access to the course being refused until all outstanding amounts have been paid.

Cancellation by Montana Pro Elite

Montana Pro Elite reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course where necessary, including but not limited to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, insufficient enrolment numbers, illness of the trainer, or venue-related issues.

Where Montana Pro Elite cancels a course, students will be offered either:
(a) a transfer to an alternative course date; or
(b) a full refund of any fees paid.

Montana Pro Elite shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by students, including travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, or other consequential expenses.
